leah sinead

Leah Sinead, is a musician and writer whose work has quietly gained attention for its introspective and haunting sound under her previous alias, Keto.Haunting and minimalistic, the Western Buzz EP blends raw emotional depth with understated poetic form - an incantation from the past. These thoughtful and understated productions are built on reflection, experimentation and looking inwards to start again.Western Buzz EP - is the culmination of a period in which Leah’s music was driven by geological shifts, personal trauma, and the wider social discontents that fed into her disquiet as a performing artist. The EP is a series of sonic explorations that offer a salvative balm to the deepening madness of the world. Songs ‘Western Buzz 'and ‘Still Right Here’ were produced alongside producer Ben Christophers (Bat for Lashes/ I am Kloot.)Singles, ‘Piece of Sky’ and ‘Western Buzz’ have so far received support from Tom Ravenscroft on BBC 6 music and from John Kennedy at XFM.Recently, Leah lent her voice to backing vocals on a track from Alan Sparhawk’s (Low) latest record, White Roses, My God - a subtle contribution.Leah cut her teeth performing widely throughout the UK and Europe under her previous alias, Keto.
